NewArtConcept.com ships orders via FedEx, UPS, the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). NewArtConcept.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday. UPS Ground and Express delivers Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Freight carriers will contact the telephone number provided at the time of order to schedule delivery.
Shipping Surcharges
Larger or Oversize items are heavier and more expensive to ship than standard-sized items. Any shipping surcharges will be listed in the Shipping Information section on the product detail page. The shipping surcharge for Standard Freight Delivery amount will automatically be added to the standard flat rate shipping surcharge of $5.99 upon checkout. This Shipping Surcharge covers placement of the items inside the main threshold of your home and DOES NOT include unpacking, removal of packaging or assembly of merchandise.
Hawaii and Alaska
We are able to ship these orders via FedEx. Obviously, we cannot offer $5.99 flat rate shipping but the shipping charge for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska is discounted from the standard FedEx shipping rates. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger furniture pieces to Hawaii and Alaska addresses.
U.S. Territories
We are able to ship these orders via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail). Place your order online without selecting a payment option. Our website will automatically calculate your shipping charge which has been discounted from the standard rates. At that time you may accept the shipping charges and provide payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger furniture pieces to U. S. Territory addresses.
APO/FPO
Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Our website will automatically calculate your shipping charge which has been discounted from the standard rates. Once you have approved the total cost, including shipping charges, payment can be made. Certain oversized items cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger furniture pieces to APO addresses.
Canada
All shipments to Canada will be shipped via Ground for a flat rate of $16.95 (US$). Also, as an added convenience, we charge all customs, duties and/or taxes when you are purchasing from us and, when your shipment arrives, you owe NOTHING. As a result, now you know what your order really cost you. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger furniture pieces to Canada addresses.
Order Turnaround Time
We want to ship your order as fast as is possible. Unless denoted otherwise, we typically ship your order within one to four days.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter any processing timframe listed for a particular product. Important Note: Add the processing timeframe to shipping timeframe of the chosen shipping method to get an accurate timeframe for when you should expect your order. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Keeping Track Of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com. Tracking information for freight carriers will be forwarded via e-mail. Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service may not be assigned a tracking number. You can also contact contact@newartconcept.com for an update on your order status.
Shipping Delays
We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and international shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Contact us with any concerns or questions.
Specific Delivery Request
We strive to honor all delivery requests. Unfortunately, ground residential delivery times can only be estimated. If a specific delivery date is required, please select express shipping services.
Multiple Addresses
We have designed our checkout process to allow for the shipping of multiple products to any number of different destinations. There is no limit to how many products you can choose to shipping addresses to which you can ship. In addition, you can include a personal message on each of your packages, free of charge! You are also able to choose different shipping methods for each address. A separate shipping charge will be added for each delivery address requested.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by NewArtConcept.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and surcharges of shipping the package to you. This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and/or any shipping surcharges. These charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
