If you use a gift certificate, discount coupon or your store balance as a source of payment, it will be credited to you automatically.

To process a return, please use a return form and return address label enclosed.
It is a good idea to keep a receipt for this return transaction in your files for reference.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged. For damaged items, read instructions below.
We do all shipments via FedEx with automatic insurance coverage up to $100.00.
Insurance for orders up to $1,000 is optional. For orders exceeding $5,000 in grand total, we provide insurance for no extra charge.

Damaged Items
NewArtConcept.com strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving NewArtConcept.com. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective due to shipping, we will refund your money upon receipt of damaged item(s) including package/box. It is crusial to send the package back to us as soon as possible in the same condition as you get it.
Contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage, then fill out a return form inclosed into your order and send it along with the damaged item(s) back to NewArtConcept.com.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping Costs, Shipping Surcharges and Gift Wrapping Costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us via e-mail at: contact@newartconcept.com or by phone at: STORE_PHONE within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of charge.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
